The term as ‘global paradox’indicates exactly what is the problem of the globalization. Frankly speaking, the globalization is the unfair and unjust game. So that, how react to the flow of globalization is the major topic in the developing countries and underdeveloped countries. The globalization as byword of homogenization, standardization wants to manage and control the whole world as‘ the one government’by penetrating not only the domain of the economy but also the culture, knowledge, technology. But it is the fact to raise the interest in the concept of ‘glocalization’as the emergence of critical meaning to one-sided globalization and as the part of alternative globalization. In this article, we’ll calm many misunderstanding about the fantasy of global culture and hybridization of culture from the protection of cultural diversity and consider the new method to coexist local culture with global culture by exchange of ‘the cultural thing(le culturel)’as Francois Jullien’s emphasising, especially look at what is the responsibility of the humanities researchers. The humanities researchers are not pure scientist and businessman, so that they have a responsibility to protect the local culture against to the globalization. This responsibility is not a light to think, because if the local culture as the existing horizon of humanities researchers will be devastated, then it is dissolved own self and community.
