The main purpose of this study is to analyze the change of cognition about marriage and birth and to identify the cause of low birth rate. (1) A willful low birth (2) A fateful low birth (3) A social low birth (4) An economic low birth (5) policy low birth rate, (6) altruistic low fertility rate, (7) physical low birth and (8) discriminative low birth. Eight types of discriminative low birth rate were derived. The eight types presented should be of significance in dividing the many factors that account for the causes of the low birthrate into very different boundaries. Focus group interviews were conducted to verify these low fertility types. The contents of the interviews were largely centered on the general factors, the motivation for making decisions about birth, the meaning and role of family members, and the perception of unmarried younger generation. The findings suggest that the causes of low fertility are mostly linked to the quality of life of young people and suggest that it is necessary to grasp the social structural causes that make them rejected rather than spontaneous rejection of marriage and childbirth. However, apart from this, it is the consciousness of the problem of low fertility which is a phenomenon that appears worldwide. The break away from standard life style is not only a rejection of marriage and childbirth, but also manifests itself in diverse family structures, and it is our belief that young people who do not choose to marry or give birth in this situation are those who have not adapted to the standard way of life Suggested self-care.
